AHMEDABAD: In a major blow to the opposition Congress ahead of the June 19 Rajya Sabha polls for four seats from the state, two party MLAs have resigned as members of the Legislative Assembly. The Congress has accused the BJP of trying to break the opposition party to win the Rajya Sabha polls.
राज्यसभा चुनाव से पहले गुजरात कांग्रेस को बड़ा झटका लगा है. कांग्रेस के दो और विधायकों ने पार्टी से इस्तीफा दे दिया है. अक्षय पटेल और जीतू भाई चौधरी ने विधानसभा से इस्तीफा दिया है. सूत्रों से मिली जानकारी के मुताबिक तीसरे विधायक ने कहा है कि वह भी इस्तीफा देने जा रहे हैं। पिछले 3 महीने में कांग्रेस के 7 विधायकों ने इस्तीफा दे दिया है.
